Steady, grounding support for pregnancy, birth, and those first tender days postpartum. This package is designed for families wanting calm guidance, evidence-based education, and a reassuring presence throughout the journey — with plenty of encouragement, practical support, and “you’re ROCKING this!” reminders along the way.

- 3 in-person prenatal visits to prepare for birth, discuss preferences, practice comfort measures, and build confidence together
- Unlimited call, text, and email support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
- Evidence-based education and resources to help you navigate decisions with clarity and confidence
- Personalized birth planning and preparation
- Full labor and birth support, with me joining you in active labor — or sooner if you decide you want your doula there
- Continuous emotional and physical support during labor, including comfort measures, position changes, partner guidance, grounding reassurance, and creating a peaceful birth atmosphere
- Access to my birth pool and educational resources
- 1 postpartum visit for recovery support, birth processing, and newborn adjustment
- Initial lactation and feeding support after birth
The cost for this service is currently $1000.00.

This package is perfect for those who feel confident navigating labor on their own but still want trusted guidance, reassurance, and evidence-based information along the way.

- Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period
- Personalized birth planning and preparation support
- Evidence-based education to help you feel informed and empowered in your decisions
- Guidance through the “wait… is this normal?” moments that somehow always happen at midnight
This package does not include in-person labor support or doula attendance during birth. Birth pool rental is not included, but may be added for an additional $150.
